Missing tracks or playlists

The XML is missing or cannot be opened

Export the whole library rather than a single playlist. Copy the file to your phone and select it again with the file picker. Check that the file provider actually makes the file available locally.

The log reports missing tracks

First check that the music files are present and accessible on the phone. An XML entry alone is not enough. Check audio access, folder layout and “Matching Precision”. “Scan Missing Tracks” can help with new files not yet registered by Android.

No playlist appears in the player

Gazania creates playlists in Android’s media library. Not every player displays these system playlists. Refresh the player’s library and check its support. Gazania is not a music player and does not export an M3U file here.

Apple Music changes are missing

Export the XML again after your changes, copy it to the phone and run processing. Gazania does not recalculate smart-playlist rules itself.

Background processing runs later

Android can defer background jobs. Check the Gazania+ settings and your device’s power management. Try a manual run first when troubleshooting.

Support

Email hello@tearoom.one. Include the app variant, Android version and the relevant setting or error message. Logs can contain track names and file paths; share only the relevant excerpt rather than your whole library.
